Need to return or exchange your ring?

Once we have confirmed via email that your request has been received:

1. Carefully package up your original ring and return it to us.
2. Please include all accessories along with the ring box.
3. Please ensure your name, return address and order number are included with your return.
4. Record the parcel tracking number for reference purposes.

Please send your ring to:

• Customers are responsible for any return postage costs back to our warehouse.
• ALL refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee as per our Return & Exchange Policy HERE
